ผมเป็นคนหนึ่งที่หลงใหล ชื่นชอบ และทึ่งในศิลปะการพับกระดาษ หรือที่เรียกในภาษาญี่ปุ่นว่า ” โอริกามิ “ เป็นอย่างมาก โอริกามิ เป็นการนำกระดาษมาพับเป็นรูปทรงสามมิติ ซึ่งมีลักษณะทั้งที่เป็นแบบพื้นฐาน อย่างเช่น พับเป็นนก พับเป็นดาว ที่เราๆท่านๆรู้จักกัน หรือจะเป็นแบบที่มีความสลับซับซ้อนมากขึ้น ซึ่งต้องใช้ทฤษฎีทางคณิตศาสตร์ บวกกับการสังเกตธรรมชาติ ดอกไม้ สัตว์ และสิ่งรอบๆตัว จนกระดาษถูกพับออกมาในหลากหลายรูปแบบ ซึ่งนับเป็นงานศิลปะที่ผู้คิดค้นต้องใช้สติปัญญาและความประณีตอย่างยิ่งในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงาน
เมื่อคุณได้เห็นผลงานเหล่านั้นแล้ว คุณอาจจะไม่อยากเชื่อว่ามันเกิดขึ้นจากการพับกระดาษ แล้วคุณอาจรู้สึกทึ่งเหมือนผม ก็ได้ และถ้าคุณสนใจอยากทดลองพับด้วยตัวเองดูบ้าง ก็ลองแวะหาดูได้ในร้านหนังสือ หรือง่ายกว่านั้น ก็ลอง search แค่คำว่า ” โอริกามิ ” หรือ “ origami ” แค่นี้ก็มีให้คุณดูแบบทึ่ง หรือนำไปทดลองพับดูอย่างมากมายเลยครับ แล้วคุณอาจจะได้กล่องใส่ของแบบเก๋ๆ ที่พับด้วยตัวเองก็ได้นะครับ
